Only reopened and closed notification for webhook

Hi,

I integrated Mattermost with both JIRA & Gitlab succesfully.
While I change the state of issue in Gitlab, only reopened&closed notification are prompted in Mattermost.
Almost same thing happens with JIRA, only reopened&resolved notification are prompted.

In our team, state change for bugs are : Open → Fixing → Resolved → Close.
So we’d like to make all state change to trigger some notification, then what should I do?

Thank you for reporting this! Currently we don’t have support for this in our JIRA plugin.
