We will be updating our Extended Support Release (ESR) schedule to provide two ESRs per year, one in January and one in July. Each ESR will be supported for 9 months to provide customers time to upgrade to the next ESR.
On January 16th, 2020, we will release version 5.19, which will become the new ESR. We will continue maintaining version 5.9 until April 15th, 2020 to provide time for customers to upgrade to the new ESR. Please note these important dates and watch for additional communications as we get closer to the January release.
ESRs support organizations who value stability over having the newest features and improvements, or for organizations who have a long internal testing and certification process to undergo when upgrading.
