[SOLVED] Email Notifications error: `Connection unsuccessful: Notification To Address setting is missing or invalid.`

I’m trying to get the email notifications to work. I know the settings are right because I use them on other systems as well. The error message I get when testing connection is:

Connection unsuccessful: Notification To Address setting is missing or invalid.

I’ve searched google but this error message is not found anywhere.

It started working when I set it to TLS instead of None for Security.
