SMTP configuration not working

Hi Friends,
I have configured my SMTP configuration using smtp.gmail.com with my gmail account details.
but when I do Test Connection then it does not working. It is giving error.
What is the best way to configure SMTP using gmail in mattermost ?

I am able to setup it by allowing less secure app in google account security settings.

You need to allow less secure apps, you can do it by click below link
