Service doesn't start mattermost

Summary

I followed the installation guide for ubuntu 16.04 and everything is working up to step 7 where I can manually start the platform binary and I can access the web interface without problem.
After that I created the mattermost.service file in /lib/systemd/system/ and edited it with the needed configuration (only changed postgresql.service for mysql.service twice).
I can start the service without errors, but i can’t access the web interface.
If i stop the service and run the binary manually again, it works fine.

Is there any setting I might have wrong?
