Mattermost Cloud: session expired, log in again

I created a Trial Enterprise team on Mattermost Cloud, but cannot log in from the Desktop App.

I downloaded the latest Desktop App, and when I try to login at https://.cloud.mattermost.com, I repeatedy get the “session expired, log in again” message.

I see that this has been reported many times before, but I did not find a solution. I tried clearing the storage in Developer Tools for This Tab, but that did not help. Thanks !

There is no problem using Mattermost via the browser/webapp.

You should be able to log in when you click on the “X” to dismiss the “Your session has expired…” message. We also have a ticket to look at fixing this.
