Summary

Communication error after configuring Jira plugin

Steps to reproduce

Mattermost Team Edition
Mattermost Version: 5.14.0
Database Schema Version: 5.14.0
Database: postgres

I have configured integration with https://docs.mattermost.com/integrations/jira.html

Expected behavior

Notification from Jira should be delivered to specific channel

Observed behavior

No notification on specified Mattermost channel

Thanks for reaching out. The error that we are seeing based on the information you attached here:

I would suspect that there isn’t any webhook event tied to the integration yet. May I know if you have further configured your webhooks based on the steps listed in the Configuration section in the JIRA - Mattermost Github page? If yes, can you please share some screen shots of your configuration from JIRA’s end?

Heya @Przemek_Boniarczyk in addition to screenshots, could you also tell us what action did you perform from the Jira side that did not trigger notifications in the Mattermost channel? As not all actions will trigger such notifications
