Obviously, the installation script uses url of an Mattermost instance that is visible on the internet. But in our case we have our instance on intranet DNS address which is not visible from outside.
So, is there anyway, or maybe another plugin for JIRA that will help us achieve below:
- mentioning issues from JIRA in mattermost conversations like “did you already started #TEST-123 ?” and when you click on it it will get you to jira software
- create an issue from message in mattermost as Bug report
Gitlab has a great integration with JIRA. It’s only one way Gitlab->JIRA and that’s what we want to achieve with mattermost as well. (screenshot below)
