While we do not have an official guide on this, we are keeping track of this in the [MM-8843] Add KeyCloak SAML server configuration docs - Mattermost to have a proper documentation to assist the Mattermost users who would like to setup Mattermost with Keycloak.
At the time being, may I know if you are open to check on the Mattermost Teams Edition— Replacing Gitlab SSO with Keycloak to see if it works on your end?
