I get this error, any solutions?

Error: failed to load: failed to unmarshal config with env overrides: parsing error at line 134, character 10: invalid character ‘"’ after object key:value pair

@amy.blais Yes. This the through the Debian Stretch installation instructions.

I tried reinstalling on my VPS, this time using Ubuntu 18.04 and when trying to start the mattermost server using ( sudo -u mattermost ./bin/mattermost ) I get a connection refused error.
