Currently, my users get an email everytime they get highlighted (@username) or receive a private message. If you get highlighted a lot or PMed a lot, that’s a whole lot of emails 
Is there a way to reduce the number of email notifications by, maybe, gathering them?

Would welcome any feedback on how it should be designed, I think adding a delay setting to email notifications and then sending a notification for all notifications triggered during the delay may work.
