Failed to send password reset email successfully : Account was locked because attempted more than once

Hallo,
I have an issue with my Mattermost where I can’t login to my account.
If i login, there will be a message that said :“Your account is locked because of too many failed password attempts. Please reset your password.”
And if i reset my password : “Failed to send password reset email successfully”

Could I have solution with these problems?
