Hi. When I try to reset my password I get a “failed to reset password” error. My email is not a Gmail account. But when I enter a Gmail email, it succeeds in sending a reset message

On top of the suggestion by @amy.blais, can you please give more context on the following statement?
You can send me a direct message with the FQDN of your Mattermost instance (if it is public facing) as well as the email addresses you used to reset the password for testing purposes so I can confirm on the behavior.
Else, can you send the screen shot of what you are seeing on your end for both scenarios (success and failure of the password reset)? Thanks.
