I just upgraded to Mattermost 3.0.0 and I see the emoticons were changed.

Is there any chance I can have the old emoticons back?

You must be joking.The new emoticons are a huge upgrade from the old ones.

I really liked their flat style.

I guess it’s a matter of taste. It could be cool to let people choose between different collections of emojis :slight_smile:

Agreed. I very much prefer the new emoji.

I wonder, though… is it possible for Mattermost clients to render the standard set of emoji for whatever platform they’re on?

Or, for people to select their preferred set of emoji… that’d be good too. Though there may be some needed features with higher priority…
